Introduction and Overview Basildon Borough Council is seeking to let a contract for Haulage and Recycling/processing of Mixed Paper and Cardboard materials. The Council requires circa 6,500 tonnes pa to be recycled per year. This figure is based on the previous 12 months tonnages.
