Grounds Maintenance & Site Cleansing Contract 2019 - 2022

The Havebury Housing Partnership are seeking an experienced professional organisation to deliver Grounds Maintenance and Site Cleansing within its operational area (50-mile radius of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk), which will include but is not restricted to the following inspection, planning and programming of services for: • Grass maintenance • Shrub bed and hedge maintenance • Site cleansing including sweeping and litter picking, removal of graffiti and fly-tipping • Garage/house clearance all as additional works as and when instructed • Providing an out of hour's emergency call out service
