The Data Transformation Directorate requires expertise and advisory support to an inflight Data programme that is delivering HMRCs Data transformation, which is essential to wider transformation. While keeping track of the detail, they require external capability and experience, which does not exist in-house, to ensure that the strategic roadmap is clearly articulated achievable and running to schedule. Regular Board level reporting, both in written form and person, will be a core part of the requirement.
