## Description

Construction Professional Services Framework Alliance Agreement RM6165 \(Lot 5 Defence\): Call-Off Project Contract CPS1-31084-2023 for the RAF Lossiemouth Air Traffic Control, straight to digital project\. This is required to provide a new build digital Air Traffic Control \(ATC\) facility that can deliver the required level of ATC provision, whilst ensuring RAF Lossiemouth can continue to deliver its operational commitments, both at present and in the future\.
