Provision of Network Licenses, Support and Hardware

The National Oceanography Centre has awarded a contract for the provision of maintenance, software licensing support, technical assistance, and vendor support services for its enterprise network infrastructure at Southampton, with the option to buy hardware as requirements arise.

The contract includes support for installed network hardware and associated software components, including switching, routing, wireless networking, network management platforms, operating system updates, software subscriptions, security updates, vendor technical assistance, hardware replacement services, and access to manufacturer support resources.

The services support NOC's business-critical network infrastructure across its operational locations and research facilities.
