- The purpose of the procurement is to utilise the knowledge held by an incumbent supplier of another contract so that policing can benefit from: - Understanding how to approach the potential development of a suitable similar solution for Police, informed by lessons learnt on another programme. - A proposed high-level roadmap and shaping of requirements for further market engagement to develop a capability, informed by the proven path for development of the other programme. -and to look to find a solution to bring to life a prototype.
