## Description

The purpose of the refurbishment is to improve and modernize the facilities available, including more flexibility and adaptive spaces\. The proposal is to consolidate the service provision from three sites to two; removing Devizes Melbourne House from the overall offer due to its inability to meet future needs\. Energy improvements will also be built into the project in this case PV panels will be fitted to the roof
