## Description

We are currently progressing a pilot transaction, Project Skylark, under the Guarantees Programme for the National Housing Bank\.\\r Homes England would like the consultant to build upon existing analysis through the assessment of how the loan guarantee is likely to be assessed from a Subsidy Control Act \(SCA\) perspective\.
