NOTE: This notice was updated on 30 January 2024 for the following reason: Amendment to Date of Contract Award Field - date on which the contract was signed by the last contracting party was 10th January 2024.(The works include the reconfiguration and refurbishment of the internal areas of the property, including the formation of a new wet room and the relocating of the kitchen and new bathroom. External works include the formation of a new retaining wall and a new tarmacadam drive.)
