## Description

The Council is seeking qualified lift contractors to provide fully comprehensive maintenance for 135 Passenger lift units within communal blocks\. The successful contractor will provide the full maintenance regime and responsive repairs covering all lift equipment within the lift wells and pulley rooms\.
