## Description

Tender for new clinical audit and research data collection platform to support the National Emergency Laparotomy Audit and other research projects conducted at the RCoA\. System to be accessible via URL or mobile App with a stable and efficient platform able to provide a different environment and feature set depending on the user role\. System to be secure with multi factor system authentication through to role based access, sensitive content encryption and securable exports, with failover resilience and granular back ups should historic data retrieval be required\.
