Housing and Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategies for Arun District Council

Arun District Council is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced organisations for the development of two strategies. A housing strategy and a homelessness and rough sleeping strategy. The Housing Strategy should set out our vision for housing in Arun from 2024 to 2028 and provide a clear and robust plan for meeting the housing needs of the local community, taking into account the changing demographic and economic circumstances of the area. The Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy should provide a clear direction for the Council and its partners in tackling homelessness and rough sleeping in the district from 2024 to 2028. The authority conducted a mini-competition via the ESPO Consultancy services Framework (664-21) Lot 8E.
