Objectives of the review o To assist with making decisions about the future delivery model for Bikeability. These will need to be made by June 2024 in order to leave sufficient time for a new delivery model to be implemented by March 2025 (if appropriate). o To benchmark current delivery mechanisms and costings against other comparable training initiatives to identify best practice. o To understand market appetite from private sector and third sector bodies. o To create evidence/audit trail to defend future management arrangements.
