Description
Derbyshire Dales District Council has secured Devolution Retrofit funding to improve the energy efficiency of c20 mixed tenure domestic properties located within the Derbyshire Dales by 30th September 2024, and are looking to appoint a Contractor to carry out a programme of whole-house retrofits using a fabric first approach. The procurement is a further competition through the Nottingham City Council, Energy Efficient Retrofit Installers DPS (CPU4591) Category 19 Whole House Retrofit The contract will be awarded initially for a value of £575,00 to cover the Devolution Retrofit installations, which must be completed by 30th September 2024. Subject to the Contractor's satisfactory performance, and the Authority successfully being awarded further funding, the Authority may at its unfettered discretion extend the contract to deliver further installations under future energy efficiency schemes.
