Work description
This commission is to undertake an independent evaluation of the second round of the Arts Council Collection National Partners Programme assessing the programme against its intended aims and objectives. The focus of the programme is to increase the number and diversity of people experiencing the Arts Council Collection in England and support organisational development in regional art galleries.
