## Description

The works will involve excavating two grassed areas within the grounds of Wold Haven EPH Care Home\. This will be done to a depth of 350mm and replaced with full tarmac construction\. Associated kerbing works will be carried out as will the construction of a new footpath to the rear of the new parking bays\. These works will create additional parking spaces for anyone attending the Wold Haven EPH Care home\. There will also be improvements to three additional areas and the works will include 170mm footway construction with associated precast concrete edgings and Planing of an existing entrance way to a depth of 20mm and replaced with new surface course\.
