## Description

GSTT have concluded and prioritised the need to redesign a new line managers programme, with more progressive content mapped to the NHS people Promise\. This will need to include a focused module on raising Cultural Intelligence \(CQ\) amongst managers across the organisation, particularly where ethnically underrepresented, trans and non-binary staff are concerned\.
