The Roman Rise project forms part of Homes for Lambeth's 2020 Business Plan within their small sites programme\. The site is located at 2 Roman Rise, London, SE19 1JG\. The scheme consists of the new build construction of 31nr Apartments, all of these being affordable tenure\. The apartment buildings are designed as an RC Frame\. Commencement on-site is currently targeted as 30th June 2021 with completion expected in February 2023\. This is subject to the Main Contractors approved Programme of Works\.
