## Description

The VOA is seeking to appoint an external Supplier to provided Professional Services on a fixed delivery outcome in support of the Agency's NDR Reforms Programme\. The appointed supplier should have extensive knowledge, experience and a proven substantial track record of \(i\) the Gov UK GDS Design Standards and Agile delivery methodology, \(ii\) high-profile customer-centred design, and experience of supporting Government to develop joined-up approaches to reforming complex systems and data flows, \(iii\) working collaboratively, in an engagement-focussed way, with other suppliers to deliver sustainable solutions and \(iv\) a proven understanding of the programme including the complexities and challenges\.
