BEIS, UKRI, UKSBS and UKSA are looking for a contractor to review the 'As-is' model and design a new Procurement Target Operating Model for the in scope organisations. It is considered that the development of an integrated commercial / procurement operating model delivering in line with the Government Commercial Operating Standards would yield synergetic benefits.
