## Description

Home Group wish to appoint a Framework Partner to supply an extensive range of Building Material products\. The Framework will fully support both our Direct Labour Organisation in the North East of England and our Sub Contractor clients in all mainland UK\. Materials are required to be made available on the following basis: Home Group require a Main Store\(s\) for the provision of materials, this must be located within the North East of England with supporting branches in the same region to support our Direct Labour Organisation\. Materials to be supplied UK wide to a variety of sub-Contractors undertaking planned works\. Home Group will need to be consulted on the choice of dedicated store\(s\) site and retain the right of veto over final site selection\.
