## Description

Rochford District Council's requirement under this contract is a reliable contractor to carry out the catering concessions within Hockley Woods\. All catering pitches associated with this Concession will be sited within a designated area as determined by the Council\. Allocation of pitches and facilities is at the discretion of the Council and no catering unit shall move from the allocated area\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
