The role of the specialist provider would fall in to three main areas. B) Provide alternative proposals for the commercial use of the Town Hall if there is insufficient local demand/interest from Arts and Culture groups within the local area. C) Undertake a high level business case for the capital costs of the redevelopment of the Town Hall to be able to serve its potential future users.
