The University of Worcester \(UOW\) is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced, knowledgeable and innovative Consultants to provide professional estate services to support the UOW and its subsidiary UW Developments Ltd\. \(The Call-Off Authorities\) The Services will mainly comprise, but are not limited to, consultancy associated with the following: • Project Management and Employer Agent Services • Cost Consultant \(Quantity Surveying\) • Principle Designer \(Health and Safety Adviser\) • Mechanical and Electrical Engineering \(inc\. Fire Engineering and Sustainability\) • Civil & Structural Engineering Services
