Call off Contract Under Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for Creative Reading Events for Prisoners at HMP Elmley. The supplier will deliver services and run promotion days designed to engage people who may not want or be able to access formal education due to previous negative experiences, low confidence, neurodivergence or learning style to develop reading for pleasure, supporting and developing creative writing, promoting family relationships & supporting employability skills.
