Work description
This contract is for a property management system which holds information on the Council's corporate properties in relation to Building Condition and Compliance, Repairs and Maintenance, Asset Valuations and Leases. It will support the delivery of the Ambitious for Sutton priority as this contract will enable the council to continue to deliver the best possible services within the resources available, making the most of its assets, workforce, and digital innovation.
