Unit 16 is located on the Shrub Hill Industrial Estate and what is referred to as the Isaacs Maddox triangle Additional information: The winning bidder submitted a lower price of £312,809.96. Due to the time lapse of the contract commencing due to occupancy and inflationary rises, the price rose to £378,886.00
