Consultancy service for Ascot Fire Station refurbishment

Description

Ascot Fire Station requires investment to increase and improve its sleeping accommodation to meet Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service (RBFRS) Dignified Workplace Standards. The Authority has a requirement for a multi-disciplinary consultancy professional service to scope, plan and deliver the project to the required standard. The services provided by the multi-disciplinary team will support the Authority with the improvement project to deliver, so far as is reasonably practicable, a fully compliant, fit for purpose facility. The Auhtority direct awarded the contract utilising London Housing Consortium (LHC) - Lot 9 Project Managers
