Professional Services Framework

The Council wishes to procure building and construction related professional services by way of a framework. Contractors selected to this framework will provide professional services to arrange of refurbishment that the Council is undertaking. This will include projects where the Council is changing the use of a building or where disused buildings are being brought back into use. The professional services will include the following: Lot 1 Construction, Design and Management Coordinator (CDMC) Lot 2 Building Surveying, Asset Management, Property, and related services Lot 3 Measured Surveys Lot 4 Quantity Surveying Lot 5 Employers Agents Lot 6 Architects & Design Team
