An Agency is being sought to undertake a programme of engagement and community activity to support North Essex Garden Communities Ltd, is a publically owned company established to oversee the developing proposals for three new Garden Communities across North Essex. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Tenders must be submitted via the portal by 12:00 (noon) on Wednesday 1 March 2018. Please note that interviews will form part of the evaluation process and these will occur on 13 March 2018
