## Description

The Authority has appointed a suitably qualified and experienced provider who can manage and deliver the Property Level Resilience grant scheme to the residents of Essex for the financial year 2018/19,with the option of extending for an additional two one year extensions\( 2019/20 and 2020/21\)\.
