## Description

Catalyst Housing Group Limited \(CHL\) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide cleaning & concierge services located at Greenfield Sheltered Housing development\. The service will be delivered at the following address: Greenfields, Theedway \(off Billington Road\), Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, LU7 9SP\. Greenfields is a specialist housing development designed and built as a sheltered housing facility for mature customers aged 55 and over\. The development is situated in the parish Leighton-Linslade, and offers 82 one and two bedroom apartments which offer independent living to its residents, in addition to onsite facilities such as a lift, lounge, restaurant \(open to the public\), Café, hair and beauty salon, guest facilities, hobby room\. The facility is supported by a concierge service which helps to provide discrete security to add peace of mind\. The contract will be for 3 with the possibility of a further extension of two \(1\+1\) years\.
