Quality Audit of Mechanical Services

The service comprises of quality audits to mechanical service responsive repairs and planned maintenance to buildings for orders placed under the new Heating and Water contracts A (north of the borough) and B (south of the borough) which are due to commence on 1 April 2016.

• Quality audits of individual boiler installations and district heating plant. • Quality audits of gas servicing systems and processes. • Quality audits of testing regimes on cold water storage tanks and temperature monitoring. • Pre installation quality control audits • Work in progress quality control auditing • Internal systems auditing to ensure current legislation is complied with • Booster sets for high rise buildings • Leaseholder gas servicing record certificate audits and review.
