We are seeking consultancy support to help us with the internal stakeholder engagement piece, to develop a brief that can be put out to tender and to support production of a business case that will secure funds for the audience mapping research\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
