On-Premises Firewall Support and Licensing

Description

This contract is for the provision of remote support for both software and hardware Firewalls and associated supporting platforms at Islington. The support will include vendor licensing for software updates. Services offered on firewalls are license based and these licenses need to be renewed to ensure continued protection. It is critical that we have a third-party support agreement in place so that we have access to certified firewall specialists for fault diagnosis, quick replacements for faulty components and direct access to manufacturers latest software releases.
