## Description

Stoke-on-Trent City Council \(SoTCC\) will be constructing a city-wide District Heating Network \(DHN\) over the next few years\. Being a public project, the DHN scheme will be delivered using Building Information Modelling \(BIM\) Level 2\. This will be the first BIM Level 2 project undertaken by SoTCC as an organisation, and therefore the services of a BIM Consultancy to act accordingly as strategic advisors is required\. The scope of BIM Consultant/Strategic Advisor shall be in accordance with current British Standards and BIM Publically available specifications \(PAS\) 1192-2-2103, 1192-3-2014, BS1192-2007\+A2\_2016, 1192-5-2015, as well as CPIx assessments and the CIC BIM Protocols for projects\. BIM Level 2 will be implemented across the entire District Heating Network scheme including Energy Centres, Buried Network and Plantroom Installations\.
