The service will deliver an innovative, high quality, efficient service closer to patients home\. The service will:  Offer patients a choice of locations and appointment times, ensuring equitable timely and appropriate access;  Ensure that patients are seen and treated in a safe environment, most appropriate to their care needs;  Provide best value for money, delivering effective and sustainable use of resources\.
