## Description

RSSB seeks to procure research to understand the current communication systems, processes, and flows that Control uses during network disruption\. It will explore the impact of communication tasks on controller performance and opportunities to systemise and automate communication flows\. The research will provide guidance to improve communication processes using current systems and define the principles and technical requirements of a new communications solution to improve communication with Control during disruption\.
