Design and delivery of the WMCA 'Future Boards Accelerator Programme'

An RFQ was issued to procure an organisation to plan and deliver the 'Future Boards Accelerator' Programme on behalf of the WMCA, as part of the CWGLEF. Providers were invited to submit a quotation for the design & delivery of the 'Future Boards Accelerator' training programme to support people currently underrepresented in arts and heritage sector boards to gain the skills and confidence to do this. This programme is an extension of a previous pilot completed in 2023. In addition, the provider will also design and deliver a series of training events to arts & cultural sector organisations on how to better new board members from different backgrounds and lived experience.
