The Provision of Professional Consultancy Services for the refurbishment of Elland Library

All procurement documentation can be found at www.yortender.co.uk The proposals for the Library (and remainder of the existing two storey building) is to improve its utilisation, including retention of the library, introducing flexible office space at first floor level and providing suitable accommodation for Children's Social Care Contact Centre (which will be relocated from the another office in Elland). This project is about comprehensive fabric refurbishment and some internal remodelling and repairs. The existing mechanical and electrical services will be stripped out and completely replaced with additional data throughout building. Site visits are a condition of this tender.
