Provision of Blackpool Coastal Housing Sub-Contractor Building Trades Framework

Blackpool Coastal Housing (BCH) is looking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced sub-contractors across a variety of trades to support the in-house labour force to deliver repairs to BCH managed properties across Blackpool.

BCH wishes to appoint a Contractor/s who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most economically advantageous tender.

Lot 1 - General Building, Brickwork and Groundwork Lot 2 - Flooring Lot 3 - Roofing and Scaffolding Lot 4 - Drainage Lot 5 - Decorating Lot 6 - Pest Control

It is anticipated that the contract term will be from 1st October 2023 to 30th September 2026, with the option to extend incrementally for a period of 1 year (subject to contract review and budget availability).
