## Description

The Heritage Fund is looking for a supplier to develop an impact framework which will accompany our new ten year strategy 'Heritage 2033'\. The impact framework will enable the organisation to monitor progress and our impact towards achieving the strategic objectives\. Additional information: The date and time provided at item 10 Deadline for Expressions of Interest - is the date and time for the receipt of Tenders\. All clarification questions and tender returns must be submitted through the Delta E- tendering Portal\. The start date detailed in the advert is indicative only and this requirement may start earlier or later than the date provided\. Responses to clarification questions will be issued in batches and sent through the Delta portal and bidders should ensure that they check in regularly for these\. Item 9 - Estimated value of requirement please note that the Heritage Fund has a maximum budget and this is detailed in the ITT All tender returns must be through the Delta E-tendering Portal as detailed in the ITT
