Project Manager & Full Design Team services for the delivery of Fit-out and Refurbishment Projects and ad-hoc minor works projects CAF114/15

Cafcass is seeking to appoint Project Manager & Full Design Team services for the delivery of Fit-out and Refurbishment Projects and ad-hoc minor works projects. The Authority requires the provision of services in line with the RIBA Plan of Work 2013, Work Stages 0 - 7 with the option to call-off specific professional services as required for smaller projects and minor works on a time charge basis. Core Services include Building Surveyor, Principle Designer (as defined by the construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015), Architect, CAD Technician, Fire Engineer, Health & Safety Consultant, Conservation Architect, Building Service Engineer, Quantity Surveyor and Civil & Structural Engineer.
