Work description
This Call-Off Contract is for the development of the scoring methodology for the fourth Energy Company Obligation scheme, due to commence in April 2022. The work is the development of a methodology for determining the annual savings of energy efficiency improvements delivered to homes under ECO4 (the "ECO4 scoring methodology").
