London Borough of Barnet \(LBB\) require provision of tennis coaching services to paying members of the public at one or more of the seventeen Barnet Parks tennis courts sites; each site is represented as a Lot\. The provider will be responsible for the management and delivery of all coaching, both group and individuals, and this includes publicity, promotion, communication, payment and ongoing relationship with the customer\.
