## Description

The Service Provider will establish and run a multi-disciplinary intensive housing advice and support service within Lewisham for persons aged 16 years or older with at-risk tenancies\. The service will provide intensive support to vulnerable clients to prevent homeless and aid them to develop the skills to live independently
