Stakeholder mapping and engagement to support HS2 Reset communications and engagement

HS2 has appointed a supplier for communications support to enhance internal and external communications for the Reset programme. The main focus for HS2 Ltd over the next 18 months is to establish a realistic and achievable programme baseline, including cost and schedule, which will then be approved by the government. This will enable HS2 Ltd and its supply chain to deliver the programme effectively.
