Our requirement is for occasional technical assistance that provides a multi-vendor remote \(telephone, email, remote access\) support service to cover the following core products: • Microsoft Exchange 2010 • Microsoft SCCM 2012 • Microsoft Server 2008 R2 - 2012 R2 including Active Directory • Microsoft SQL 2005 ‐ 2012 • Citrix XenApp 6\.5 • Appsense 8\.3 • Citrix MPX5500 Loadbalancer failover pair
