## Description

The council is seeking to procure a residential development partner to deliver mixed tenure housing schemes on a number of sites within the Council's ownership, which will be organised into 3 tranches\. This Contract Notice is in relation to Tranche 1, which will consists of 4 sites known as Southern Grove \(E3 4PN\), Strout's Place \(E2 7QL\), 33-37 The Oval \(E2 9DT\), and 20 Three Colt Street \(E1 5DQ\)\.
