## Description

Nottingham City Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced entities to provide the following: - planned maintenance, including remedial works; - reactive maintenance; \(365 Days plus Out of Hours\) - delivery of minor improvement works for: \(i\) air conditioning, \(ii\) air handling, \(iii\) air source heat pumps, \(iv\) chiller units, \(v\) kitchen fans and extraction, \(vi\) geothermal heat pump\. \(vii\) axial fans Additional information: The deadline date has now been extended until Monday 24th March 2025 to allow for revised pricing document v3 issued\.
